LASER QC INSPECTION
Rapidly inspect parts to ensure accuracy and control quality.
Virtek® LaserQC® is a rapid inspection system that employs lasers to measure the accuracy of two-dimensional parts to tolerances within 0.05mm (0.002 inches).
This machine captures more than 500 data points per second and is accurate to within 0.05mm (0.002 inches). In addition, it automatically generates quality control reports that instill customer confidence.

Our 3D Articulating Measurment arm is a portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that allows verification of product quality by performing 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, reverse engineering, and more. This tool is the most advanced, state-of-the-art 3D measuring on the market.
